SouthPark Mall and Spinoso Real Estate Group are excited to announce the construction of a new DICK’S House of Sport store at SouthPark Mall! This is the first DICK’S House of Sport in the greater Cleveland area – delivering a 120,000 square foot experience with a wide range of products, climbing wall, golf simulator bays, climbing wall, cages and an outdoor field for multi-sport use including transforming into an ice rink in the winter. “This exciting addition not only elevates the retail experience but also introduces a vibrant new hub for community engagement, bringing an innovative and experiential retail concept that will create a space where people can connect, participate in activities, and share memorable experiences,” said Carmen Spinoso, CEO and Chairman of Spinoso Real Estate Group.
