This is the first DICK’S House of Sport in the greater Cleveland area – delivering a 120,000 square foot experience with a wide range of products, climbing wall, golf simulator bays, climbing wall, cages and an outdoor field for multi-sport use including transforming into an ice rink in the winter. “This exciting addition not only elevates the retail experience but also introduces a vibrant new hub for community engagement, bringing an innovative and experiential retail concept that will create a space where people can connect, participate in activities, and share memorable experiences,” said Carmen Spinoso, CEO and Chairman of Spinoso Real Estate Group. Since acquiring the mall in 2021, Spinoso REG’s team has completed 32 new lease deals for the center.
