    A stellar Q1 starts in Q4. Q1 is when the most RFPs and intro calls happen. But, of course, buyers are going to start with who they already know about. If you're not top of mind in Q4, you're going to be lower on the list in Q1. -- One of the biggest mistakes this time of the year = turning off marketing in Q4. No contact for a month? Prospects are going to forget about you. Out of sight, out of mind. Heck, I barely remember what I did last month already. Now, you may dial back your offers - as people are non-committal now. But keep them warm with your brand marketing, retargeting, and thought leadership. Don't start Q1 slow. Make sure you're at the top of their list come Q1. Keep 'em warm & cozy over the holidays. #HappyAlmostThanksgiving

    I think about this quote a lot. When writing/reading ad copy... if an idea or offer is too complex, too technical, too many contingents... I know it won't work. Heck, if it's just too long. I know it'll only pull a fraction of the results it could. The best ideas are simple. The best offers are simple. The best ads are simple. Simple is easy to grasp, to digest, and to understand. Simple hits hard in just a few words. Simple makes it easy to say yes. Low engagement? Simplify your message. I love the StoryBrand framework for one option.

    I've audited 100's of LinkedIn Ad accounts. ???????? ?????? ???? 7 ???????? ???????????? ???????????????? ???? ?????? ?? Many of these are either on by default, or seem like a good option to use when first launching your ads. But if you're not in LinkedIn Campaign Manager regularly and have seen what works and doesn't work, I wouldn't expect the average user to know. ????????'?? ???? ????????: 1. Turn off Audience Expansion 2. Turn off Audience Network 3. Change Location to Permanent Only 4. Use Manual Bidding 5. Change Conversions to Last campaign 6. Use square creative; not horizontal 7. Add the Insight Tag; Create RT audiences Some of these are better to revisit after you have your core campaigns & ads really honed in. But to start, you're better off making these adjustments -- these will get your campaigns started on the right foot.

Exclude RT audiences from cold; force the algo to find new traffic. 2. Reduce targeting mismatches by excluding opposite size + seniorities. 3. Get super niche with skills + interests + groups. 4.     You know how I know LinkedIn's really pushing ??????????? ?? Just take a look at the mobile app. The Videos for you section is now 2x as big. I'd say the algorithm is suggesting users watch video. So if you're looking to get organic reach - this is a good place to start. ?????????????? ?????????? ????????: 1. Selfie videos get the most traction. 2. Interesting background 3. Overlay captions 4. Less than 2 minutes in length 5. Teach something, share something Add video into your post mix ?     LinkedIn Campaign Manager is rolling out a ?????? ???????????????? ??????. Moderately cool - seems like a nice screen to start on. May help a first-time marketer, or business user, to ?????? be overwhelmed by a long list of campaigns & metrics. Maybe this is a quick, summary report that can be screenshotted and shared with others. I do appreciate that LinkedIn is thinking about the user experience. A few more items on my UX wishlist: ? LICM column headers wrap to fit more on 1 screen ? Resizable columns, also to fit more data ? Columns by Conversion Type (not just all convs in 1) ? Advanced filtering (multiple text filters, w/ incl/excl) Myself - I like to dive into the details of the data. I like to build advanced dashboards and reports, and blend CRM data. Either way, love all of the rollouts and advancements that have been coming to LinkedIn Ads!
