Ho-ho-ho, Nick, and Irina here ?? We are pleased to take a moment away from work to extend our warmest holiday greetings and a sincere end-of-year hello — in time! Reflecting on the past year, it has been a journey marked by a series of challenges, successes, and managing the realities of a less-than-perfect economy. But things are improving, both in the general economic news and in our immediate experience of it. As we bid farewell to 2023 (with a hint of “good riddance”), we find ourselves looking forward with enthusiasm.
