Welcome to Spectrum Metalcraft. We are a full-service custom metal fabrication and component manufacturing shop. We offer a variety of fabrication capabilities including, lasers, robotic welders, blasting booths, and liquid and powder paint systems, among others. Other services provided by Spectrum Metalcraft include cutting, electropolishing, welding, braking, finishing and assembly services. Our 125,000 square foot fabrication facility is located in Salina, Kansas. Our assembly department is just one of the reasons many customers choose Spectrum Metalcraft for their outsourcing needs. We have experience assembling products for multiple industries and customers. From control panels to giant hoppers and enclosures, our assembly team puts the finishing touches on metal fabricated assemblies that are designed to pass all testing requirements.

At first glance, this image likely appears as just another group of parts. The reality is that it represents many of the services that we offer at Spectrum. Not only are several different alloys hiding under the paint, but they have been laser cut, saw cut, formed, welded, and powder coated under our own roof. Spectrum is a full service custom metal fabrication provider that strives to offer more than just a laser cutting service or first stage fabrication. We want to be your one stop shop from start to finish.

Spectrum's complete metal fabrication shop includes powder coating and wet paint. Our paint process begins with the preparation of your part, removing rust, grease, oil, laser scale and welding slag. To ensure a quality coating, your part is inspected before entering the paint booth and again after the paint process to ensure quality and durability.

With advances in laser technology, the cutting of internal geometry in parts is exponentially faster and more accurate than ever before. Forming parts is a large part of our complete assembly work. We have a variety of press brakes to ensure we meet our customer's expectations. Our metal shop press brakes have CNC to ensure repeatability and accuracy of your components. The variety of press brake options we have on our metal fabrication floor give us the capability to work with both long and thick metal components.

Due to recent winter weather, our headquarters in Kansas will be closed today.
