关于我们
Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is an innovative non-profit provider of evidence-based treatment for substance use and mental health disorders. We offer a broad continuum of services, including inpatient detox, clinical stabilization, residential treatment, outpatient counseling, medication for substance use disorders and peer recovery support. Our network includes five inpatient facilities, fifteen outpatient clinics and five peer recovery support centers across Massachusetts. In addition to our brick-and-mortar locations, we operate a mobile treatment van that provides medication for opioid use disorders throughout the City of Worcester. We also provide specialized programs for juvenile offenders and individuals involved with the criminal justice system in Massachusetts and Virginia. Spectrum has long been considered a leader in the field, serving over 15,000 individuals each year through more than 55 treatment programs. The core of Spectrum’s success has been our ability to keep pace with the latest research on the treatment of substance use and co-occurring disorders. We continually look for ways to break down barriers and increase access to care, expanding both geographically and through new programs and services. The variety of programs at Spectrum also provides numerous career opportunities for staff. As a leader in the field, we are proud to employ a diverse community of employees and give them opportunities to enhance their professional careers. We strive to consistently update our benefits package to ensure the evolving needs of our employees are met. Currently, our benefits include (but are not limited to) comprehensive health and life insurance, medical flexible spending accounts and educational assistance such as tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, tuition discounts and scholarship programs. Many of our employees have made their career at Spectrum, advancing from entry level positions to executive level leadership.

☘️ Our Everyday Miracles Peer Recovery Center, Southbridge Bridge to Hope Recovery Center and Marlboro Recovery Center came together to participate in this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade. It was a fun and festive day, and we were thrilled to see so much community spirit and support along the way! We’re especially grateful to the group facilitators from Miracle Mama’s for joining us and helping make the day even more enjoyable. Their energy and support continue to have a positive impact on the recovery community.
