Football season is in full swing, and I get to be a participant, not a spectator, thanks to franchising. Coaching high school football at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy is a blast, but it wouldn't be possible if it weren't for the work-life balance and schedule autonomy that the franchise space provides.
