I want to share an appreciation of Nichoel, regarding one of our fairly recent hires, Rafael.?Rafael (left, who is apparently an A's fan) came onboard to Nichoel's Final Assembly team less than 4 months ago, under Monica's (right) wing.?Putting our products together is quite involved and requires a great attention to detail.?While Rafael is still in the early learning stage, he has been grasping the tasks fairly quickly, yet consistently.?
