???????? ?????????? ?????????????????????? ???????? ?? ?????????????? This past Friday we hosted our Next Level Private Celebration with a Purpose, and we are absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the support from our community. We started the evening hearing from two brilliant guys, Andy Blocker and Matthew Strazza, who plugged us in on what is happening in Washington and the market. We were able to celebrate and support some of the most courageous and talented military veterans in the world through the work of SOTF - Special Operators Transition Foundation . I would be remiss if I didn’t shout out our dear friend Don Connelly - his two words, “tuna fish”, were the takeaway of the night! More on that later… A massive THANK YOU to everyone (over 330 of you!) who took time out of your busy lives to spend the evening with us. Stay tuned for next year’s date and more updates to come! ?????? ???????????????????? ???? ????????! 1. Next Level Private is taking Wall Street to Main Street. 2. Building wealth isn’t magic, it is built through patience, smart choices, and not falling for market tricks like illusionism.? 3. Politics trumps policy.? 4. Buy your investments like you buy your tuna fish…ON SALE.? 5. Next Level Private is a “for purpose” business.? 6. We are building a community of regular, successful people.? 7. • Another group of incredible Fellows has completed Phase I of the four-phased SOTF Fellowship—congratulations, Jared Cordell, Katelyn Garcia, Reza Shams, and Alexander L.! Arguably the most personally challenging phase of the SOTF program, phase I focuses on the "soft skills" that make these Operators successful and what may hold them back in a civilian career. Abigail G. Manning gracefully guides these Fellows through phase I and ensures they're set up for a fulfilling career post-service. It takes a team, and we have a world-class one.

  • Last week, our Fort Lauderdale patriots came together for an unforgettable evening at Wine Watch, where guests were invited to "Raise A Glass" to a Special Operator. The night was rich in both flavor and meaning, as we symbolically featured wines from around the world—international wines representing the battles fought overseas and domestic wines signifying the new battle of transition back home. As guests sipped on fine wines, our transitioning Special Operators shared their powerful stories—stories of leadership, resilience, and adaptability, illustrating how their experiences in service translate into their next careers. Inspired by these incredible individuals, our guests did more than listen—they took action. They opened their rolodexes, networks, and hearts, making generous financial commitments to support the Fellows in our program. Fort Lauderdale is a community of patriots, and last week, they proved it once again. A special thanks to the champions who made this event possible: ?? Dr. Richard Strain – Our event sponsor, longtime supporter, tomato-growing master gardener ?? Carol Davis – Fort Lauderdale local, one of our original founders, SOF Advocate ?? Gordon James – A dedicated supporter and SOF Advocate To everyone who attended, supported, and contributed—thank you. Special shoutout to Erin Hauser, Kristi Quarles, Julie Wood, Arlene Casper, and Erik Sims. Your support changes lives.

  • What an honor it is to have Abigail G. Manning as one of the SOTF's Phase I Executive Coaches. As this story exemplifies, her leadership style can be summarized as courageous, compassionate, and selfless. Each of the SOTF Fellows she coaches has immense talent, experience, and potential. Just as she did in this encounter, Abigail thoughtfully guides our Fellows to utilize their strengths and confidently enter the next challenge—transition. It's great to have team members who excel in their roles, but it's even better when they make an impact both at work and beyond. Abigail is all that and more!

Special Operator Mindset & Transition Coach | Empowerment Speaker | On-Line Course | Marine Mom x2 | Resilient Entrepreneur x2 | Conquer Limiting Beliefs (Purple Threads) & Empower Courage, Strength, Confidence.

After reading General CQ Brown, Jr.'s LinkedIn farewell message as the 21st Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, I write this post as a reflection on leadership. At the United States Air Force Academy's National Character & Leadership Symposium, where I was a speaker, my cadet escort and I noticed General Brown engaged in conversation with General Clark. As a four-star, General Brown had every reason to be selective with his time. I saw an opportunity—not just to meet him, but to encourage my cadet escort to step outside her comfort zone. I asked if she would approach him to see if he’d be willing to meet me. She hesitated but gathered the courage to ask. I fully expected a polite decline or for him to continue his conversation ... but instead, General Brown paused, turned to her, and greeted her warmly. Her smile said everything ... it was a moment of recognition and confidence-building that she would carry forward. Then, it was my turn to smile. Not only did he take the time to greet me, shake my hand, and take a photo, but he also cracked a joke that made us all laugh. In that brief interaction, he demonstrated what true leadership looks like. Authentic Leadership isn’t about the title you hold or the stars on your shoulders. It’s about how you treat people—on your way up and when you’ve reached the top. It’s about recognizing courage in others, reinforcing in them to be strong, and sharing a moment of kindness that builds confidence. Thank you, General Brown for taking the time in that moment—and for the generations of Airmen and military leaders you’ve guided with strength and grace. I wish you the best as you transition to your next chapter. #Leadership #Character #PurpleThreads #AirForce #MilitaryLeadership

  • Incredible things happen when great people step up for a great cause. Last week, when our CEO, Austin Moore, traveled to Dallas, the SOTF took a huge step forward—thanks to the generosity and leadership of Rob Ramsey, Matt Oldroyd, Kevin Kampe, Mark Garrett, Sam DuRard, and the entire Evolution Motion Solutions team. By opening their networks and rallying support, we raised enough funding to sponsor 1??3?? Fellows in our program. 1??3?? lives forever changed. Rob and Sam didn’t just lend a hand; they led the charge: ? They personally introduced Austin to key contacts eager to support our Fellows' transitions. This means jobs! ? They connected us with individuals committed to financially backing our mission. This means funding for our program! ? They put our alum, Peter Glaeser, MBA, and current Fellow, Stephen Cortez, on stage—giving them the platform to share their journeys and inspire action. This means opportunities! And they’re not stopping there. Rob and Sam have invited SOTF back to Dallas for two more events this year—ensuring even more of our heroes receive the support they deserve. We are beyond grateful to these two incredible patriots for leading by example and showing their networks what it truly means to serve those who served us. To Rob, Sam, and everyone who made this possible—thank you. The impact you’ve made will be felt for years to come.

This week, I had the honor of representing the SOTF - Special Operators Transition Foundation as they were highlighted by Evolution Motion Solutions at their annual sales summit as the nonprofit of choice to receive their support this year. SOTF’s mission is to empower Special Operations Operators as they transition out of service by helping them understand their unique value proposition they bring to the private sector. Through one-on-one executive coaching, SOTF translates the specialized skills honed in Special Operations into tangible assets that drives the growth and success of any business where SOTF’s Operators find themselves. SOTF provides a comprehensive transition program, guiding Operators through: - Identifying meaningful career paths that align with their purpose post-service. - Conducting rigorous mock interviews to prepare for any professional environment. - Developing resumes that highlight both technical expertise and critical soft skills refined through Special Operations service. - Hosting workshops across the nation at target career locations, alongside SOTF Fellows, expanding networks, and providing mentorship from SOTF alumni. - Offering continued support after landing a job, ensuring a smooth transition into the private sector. SOTF truly embodies the "no man left behind" ethos, serving as the bridge between military service and civilian success—an often difficult gap that many Operators struggle to cross alone. Having the opportunity to share my own transition journey as an SOTF Fellow, alongside SOTF CEO Austin Moore and SOTF Alumni Peter Glaeser, was an incredibly humbling experience. Being in a room filled with hundreds of patriots dedicated to supporting Special Operations veterans during the most challenging transition of their lives was a moment I will never forget. Witnessing so many choose to financially support individual Operators through this program was a level of generosity I could not have anticipated, and the impact you have made on these Operators’ lives is immeasurable. Thank you to Evolution Motion Solutions for supporting SOTF and the Operators who are part of this program. A special thank you to Sam DuRard for your continued support of this organization and for considering us to be acknowledged at this event. That belt buckle was well deserved, and it was great to see you again! For all of my SOF brethren going through transition soon, I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to get connected with this organization, and for anyone looking to support SOTF, you can do it through their website: https://sotf.org. Never Above You. Never Below You. Always Beside You. #SOTF #SpecialOperations #VeteransInBusiness #NonProfitSupport
