Many years ago, when I was still a spring chicken... ?? . There was a young man at our school who would blurt out random words and noises with no consistency and without warning... ?? . Kids would make fun of him, mirroring what he did when he wasn't looking... ???? . Other kids would laugh and go about their day, not thinking much about it. . This type of environment is far too common, and this scenario happens way too frequently... ?? . Not one of those kids even tried to understand what was truly happening, or attempt to know this young man. ??♀? . Instead, they stuck to their group, made snide remarks, and acted as though THEY could do no wrong... ??♀? . Most adults are a lot like this... ?? Though they may not go around mimicking peoples behavior and laughing, their actions are almost as bad... ?? . The staring, the facial expressions, the look of annoyance. ?? . People notice that too... ?? . ?? Tourette Syndrome affects more than 100,000 people in the United States alone... . ?? ????
