The inaugural IWBI Healthy Building Policy Summit focused on promoting health and well-being in building design and policy, highlighting the importance of creating healthier indoor environments. Experts shared insights on strategies to integrate health considerations into building regulations and practices.

I’ve had the exceptional opportunity to be part of a Danish paint study assessing the health and environmental impacts of 30 different indoor paints. In collaboration with Forbrugerr?det T?nk , Danish Technological Institute Aalborg University, and Henning Larsen we have assessed (respectively) the chemical content, the off-gassing, the content assessment (mineral vs. plastic) and the climate impact of wall and wood trim paint. The Danish Consumer Council has evaluated and ranked the products based on chemical content and off-gassing.
