We were so happy to launch our first session of the P1 Academy yesterday, at our home office in Indy. We're doing our best to cultivate a culture that's always learning, fosters collaboration, and paves a path for professional & clinical development. It's beyond CE, more than mentorship...and we're off to a great start yesterday, with some excellent Associate Partner Drs that are dedicating time to help mold this with us. Thrilled that a few of our Managing Partners could also pop in and support. Thanks to Spear Education as well, for the excellent partnership! Our Resident Faculty continues to grow! We're thrilled to welcome orthodontist Dr. Donna Stenberg to the team. Dr. Stenberg’s expertise in interdisciplinary treatment planning, orthodontic treatment, and the liaison with restorative and airway treatment will help drive Spear’s educational programs, including the three-day “Orthodontic Clear Aligners in Restorative Practice” workshop. Earning her DDS at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Stenberg completed her certificate and master’s degree in orthodontics there before founding her solo private practice, which she operated until transitioning to consulting and teaching in 2017. Dr. Stenberg, a diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, also consulted for the cleft palate team at St. Paul Children’s Hospital for 20 years. “I’ve always believed in sharing with colleagues the value that orthodontics can bring to patient care and that the collaboration between orthodontic and restorative treatment is the pathway to meeting today’s patient’s needs,” she says.
