Public Speaking Coach - Over many years as a student, a corporate professional, and an observer I have witnessed people with so much to say, only for it to be lost on the audience. I realized early on, many times I was not listening to what the speaker was saying, but how they were saying it. As I observed the HOW, I began to connect how it was being delivered and how it is being received.
Public speaking is very difficult. I have developed an easy process to eliminate the nervousness you may have. Helping you, the speaker to arrange a speech for the best impact on the intended audience and to adapt the speech as you go to make sure your audience is listening and retaining your information.
Business Culture Coach - Being heavily involved in the employment field I have created a program to help businesses understand why they have high turnover. As a military spouse, I have "started over" many times. In this time of employee scarcity, it is important for a company to understand who they are when a new staff member comes along. As a military spouse, each time I have moved or started a new job I have learned how companies may think they are inclusive, but remain stuck in old patterns and drive great employees away. I love speaking to groups about how deep personal culture impacts the company culture.
Career Coach - Having worked with over 5000 individuals to guide them on a career goal, or career change I understand how complicated and confusing the job journey can be. I simplify the process to find your next job quickly. When someone says they can't find a job I find they are missing one key ingredient and I work to find out what that is.
