So, let's try to keep it simple: -Use an employee app to gather team input- no more “Who’s responsible for this?” -Schedule announcements early so they don’t get lost in holiday madness -Set clear goals for what not to overthink (and what to measure) -Reflect, refocus, and recharge 2024 has been a ride, but we’ve got this ??

Affirmations when tracking internal comms metrics: “I trust the numbers will show me what needs to be seen" “I’m patient with the process" “I embrace the numbers as they come" But all jokes aside, internal comms isn’t just about firing off messages into the void – it’s about creating real impact. To do that, you need to track the good stuff: ?? The basics: monthly active users, daily active users, engagement rates. (Who’s tuning in, and who’s snoozing?) ?? Action tracking: are employees actually doing the thing you’re asking them to do? ?? Trends: patterns don’t just look pretty on charts – they tell you what’s working and what’s… not. Metrics are your map. Even if your campaign crashes and burns, the data gives you a route to do better next time.
