The project utilizes a state permitting program that designates 25% of the units as affordable. The Artemis at Arlington Heights focused on redeveloping a historic mill site, incorporating two existing brick and beam buildings, two new buildings, and structured parking. The project blends the character of the original property with modern efficiencies, amenities, and contemporary luxury.
