Spartan just wrapped up an incredible 2-day company boot camp! The first ever in company history was a resounding success. Last week, the Spartan Team dove deep into refining our skills. It was an immersive experience filled with learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of fun. We engaged in thought-provoking discussions about how we can collectively make our company even better. The exchange of ideas was truly inspiring! One highlight was the Friday marshmallow event where creativity met teamwork. We were challenged to build the tallest freestanding structure using only marshmallows and uncooked spaghetti. The catch? Communication was limited to email and text only – no talking allowed! The results were both hilarious and impressive. And let's not forget our Thursday night out! A wild adventure on Clearwater Beach, strengthening bonds and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Grateful for a team that's not only dedicated to honing their skills but also knows how to have a good time together. Here's to growth, camaraderie, and the exciting journey ahead! Special shout out to those that partnered with us for an amazing event: Chad Prinkey & Matt Verderamo with Well Built Construction Consulting for being our fantastic facilitators. The Wyndham Grand Clearwater Beach for hosting about 50 wild construction guys. Last but not least Alyssa Rhoads & Eventing Tampa Bay for making sure everything went as smooth as could be.
