? Throwback to a Project Milestone: FreeUp Storage Huntsville Expansion ??? As we reflect on some of our standout projects, we're reminded of the successful expansion of the FreeUp Storage facility in Huntsville, Texas, completed last May 2023. Navigating the complexities of entitlement and design, our SCM team coordinated the Conditional Use Permit process, securing approval for this exciting development. We maximized the site's potential with four strategically designed buildings—three non-climate controlled and one fully climate controlled. Despite challenging site grades, our design team delivered a customer-focused solution, optimizing every inch of space in this 45K sqft expansion. It’s a project we’re incredibly proud of, and it broke ground in August 2022, finishing strong by May 2023. At SCM, we celebrate every successful project and look forward to many more ahead. ??
