HAIL! Another HISTORY-MAKING day at Sparrow! ?? ?? Thank you to all who joined us for the celebration event today at University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Lansing. This celebration marked our one-year anniversary joining University of Michigan Health and the launch of our new brand and identity as UM Health-Sparrow. We have accomplished so much in the last 12 months such as expanded services, increased access to the highest level of care close to home, plans for an extraordinary string of facility and technology projects and more. More great things are coming. Look for our TV commercial promoting our new identity and always-excellent care. Please be patient as we take on our new identity; it will take years to rebrand our signage. Our future is so bright and we have even more great things to come now that we are part of Michigan’s premier health system. Malinda Herrera, University of Michigan Health-Sparrow Lansing Neuro ICU nurse, was awarded Gift of Life Michigan’s 2024 Nurse Champion Award last night for her extraordinary efforts to save lives and lend hope to others.
