We had?less than a month—and a startup budget—to make it happen. But when I put the challenge to our?tiny but mighty partnership and marketing team?(our Navy SEALs), the response was immediate: “Yes, Chef!”?and?“LFG!” No hesitation (well, maybe a little ??). Just?humble confidence, a willingness to step into the unknown, and the drive to create something unforgettable.
