Interested in growing with employers next year? Check out the tips below ?? from our Founder, Lindsey Kratzer.
Looking to break into the employer benefits space in 2025? Then you need to hear this: Nailing the first half of the year is imperative if you want to close deals with self-funded employers in 2025. And, listen, this isn’t hyperbole. Here’s the cold, hard facts you need to know if you want to win deals this year: ???Most employers want to “go live” with solutions on January 1. That means you start selling in January 2025 (or before) for a 1/01/2026 go live. ???The employer buying cycle is complex with many stakeholders involved. Employer’s often times rely on partners and consultants to bring them solutions in Q1 for evaluation. So, if you’re not in with them, you’re going to face trouble closing. ???An effective employer GTM strategy takes time to implement. Key decision makers are busy and hard to get to, but smart companies lay the groundwork in Q4 for a successful year ahead. Message me to learn how we can help you make the most of Q1 and Q2 2025. #employeebenefits #healthcare #sales

Important points for leaders of digital health and clinic-based solutions from our founder ?? #digitalhealth #employerhealthcare #employeehealthcare #healthcare #employeeengagement
Christina Farr's recent piece on the importance of community-based digital health solutions (versus another point solution) really spoke to me. Here's why: ? When meeting founders, I often times ask why they started the company and if there is a personal connection. Why? Because personal stories are powerful and resonate. ?? Companies that start with the patient (or community) save a lot of headaches down the road when it comes to engagement because patients actually WANT to use their product ?? Given the notoriously low utilization rates most point solutions achieve, most employers simply can't afford to pay another PMPM fee for poor results https://lnkd.in/ekRGYQc8 #digitalhealth #healthcare #employeebenefits #selfinsuredemployers

Employee engagement is one of the main KPI’s employers evaluate when determining the success (or not) of their partnerships with vendors. We would like to know: What is the average utilization rate you've seen for digital health and clinic-based solutions? #employeengagement #employerhealthcare #employeehealthcare #digitalhealth

52% of employers are strongly considering leveraging the RFP process to secure better pricing from their vendor partners, according to the 2025 Employer Health Care Strategy Survey released by Business Group on Health. Employers are increasingly looking to keep health care costs flat, and that also means potentially cutting what they view as underperforming vendor partners who are not delivering on outcomes. Demonstrating and delivering value is more important than ever to employers in the self-funded market. In our work with our digital health and clinic-based clients, we craft Go-To-Market strategies that effectively position their solutions to win key employer accounts and develop plans for delivering on outcomes that drive revenue growth. You can reach out directly to Lindsey Kratzer or Anish Patel to learn more. #digitalhealth #employerhealthcare #healthcare #employeehealthcare https://lnkd.in/gBymYDvV
Projected health care cost trend jumped to almost 8% for next year, the highest amount in more than a decade, according to Business Group on Health’s 2025 Employer Health Care Strategy Survey. The predicted surge in employer health care spending – actual health care costs have grown a cumulative 50% since 2017 – is influenced by inflation, heightened demand for expensive drugs such as GLP-1s, and the ongoing burden of treating cancer and other chronic conditions, among other factors. Employers also revealed in the annual survey their concerns about vendor partnerships, health equity, mental health and the need for ERISA pre-emption. #employer #healthcare https://okt.to/k7xABI
