关于我们
At Spark we believe in the power of community. We listen to and value the people who live, work and believe in their neighborhoods. We are building a culture of holistic community development in neighborhoods with great potential and rich in the currency of hope. This looks different in each neighborhood – a mixed-income housing development, park renovations, or a commercial space rehabilitation are just a few examples of what we build. We listen to neighbors so we can understand what’s working and where there is opportunity for improvement, whether that’s good homes people can afford, places to get healthcare, dependable public transportation, or good schools, and then we work in partnership to activate change. Our work can be complex but our mission is simple: to invest in neighborhood transformation.

8 Years of Spark Today, we’re simply grateful. Grateful for eight years of learning, growing, and connecting with the incredible people and neighborhoods of Omaha. What began as an idea to support community development has evolved with each partnership, each conversation, and each project we’ve been lucky to be part of. Our work is a reflection of the resilience, dreams, and vision of our neighbors. Thank you to everyone who’s believed in this journey with us. We couldn’t do this without you, and we’re excited for all the work we still have ahead.
