Advanced Therapies kicks off today in Philadelphia and #TeamSpark is thrilled to have six team members speaking. Our experts—Chris Stevens, Chief Patient Supply Officer, Kelly K., Head of US Commercial Ocular Gene Therapy, Pedro J Cejas, Head of New Therapeutic Modalities, Jin Wen, Senior Scientist, Analytical Development, Snehal Naik, Head of Regulatory Policy, and Quan Jin, Capsid Engineering Lead—will be joining fellow industry leaders to share insights and innovations in #GeneTherapy. At Spark? Therapeutics, we have worked tirelessly to build a strong foundational gene therapy platform to bring much needed options to patients living with genetic diseases, such as #InheritedRetinalDiseases, or IRDs.?? ? IRDs are often degenerative, leading to severe vision loss or even blindness. We are working hard to study the causes behind these gene variants with the hope of slowing down or stopping the progression of disease.? ?
