Spark Academy of Advanced Technologies

This video, being shown at the Boston Museum of Science as part of their "Being Human" spotlight, is narrated by none other than Spark Academy alumnus Palton Williams!! Palton went into the biofabrication apprenticeship program at ARMI/BioFab upon his graduation from Spark. He is now employed there full time as a technician and we could not be more proud of him.

Yesterday the Spark BioTrek team - students Jo, Kyle, Adam, and Riley, along with ELO Coordinator Mr. Moy - got a tour of ARMI. Here they are with BioTrek instructors and some of ARMI's current apprentices, including Palton, a Spark Academy alumnus. BioTrek gives students the chance to explore career opportunities, entrepreneurship, and the next-generation technologies that comprise the biofabrication industry. This is the first year that Spark Academy has participated, and we are very excited about it!
