We surveyed more than 150 self-storage owners, operators and managers across the country to learn more about their preferences and priorities for 2024, and found that 98% either remotely manage their stores now or are interested in doing so in the future. We recently commissioned a survey of 150+ self-storage owners, operators and managers to learn more about their operations and preferences. We are excited to share our findings with you! Our survey revealed a staggering 98% of self-storage owners, operators and managers either use remote management now or want to in the future. However, of the 32% of respondents who have not yet adopted some form of remote management, 40% cite installation costs as their primary deterrent to doing so. He has built a successful career in sales, marketing, go-to-market strategies, product management and customer service, with a focus on how critical initiatives are accelerated by technology and culture.
