??Declare yourself the BEST! SPARC Leadership Takes on NYC… One Slice at a Time ???? At SPARC, we’re all about striving for the best—whether it’s summer programs, enrichment offerings, or professional development opportunities. So naturally, we had to put our skills to the test in a different arena: finding the best pizza ?? in New York City - pile in the taxi ?? for our journey… Here’s how it went down: ?? Step 1: We channeled our inner food critics and hit the streets of NYC. (Research is important, right?) asking experts (Times Square police ??) for their recommendations ?? Step 2: We debated our metrics and enlisted experts (Kaitlin Windle can you make a dashboard for the results? ??) crust thickness, sauce-to-cheese ratio, and the perfect fold technique. ?? Step 3: We realized that “best” is subjective, but we were willing to take as many taste tests as necessary. (All in the name of professional development and having the most data… ?? ?? Step 4: We may have eaten more than necessary. No regrets. David Sullivan always says, “You can just claim to be the best!” … So what’s next? ? CNN just declared Sydney Australia ???? as home to the best coffee ?? in the world… Who’s joining Karen McCann McClelland for a SPARC leadership /Membership retreat Down Under? (For research, of course!) ?????? What can you declare to be the BEST at? Leave us a note in the comments! Medals ?? given for participation! ???? #LeadershipInAction #SummerPrograms #AuxiliaryPrograms #IndependentSchools
