December Roll Call: Open to New Opportunities

December Roll Call: Open to New Opportunities

LinkedIn Nation,

Happy Monday!

Since February 2016, I've been publishing articles and posts to support individuals seeking employment.

As my network has grown to 185K+ followers, I made a major change in order to hopefully assist many more people, specifically, second-degree and third-degree connections.

What changed?

In October 2017, I began creating only one "Roll Call" published article at the beginning of each month (instead of weekly) where anyone globally looking for a job could participate. I'm pleased to announce that the month of December will be kick-started a few days in advance (today).

Instructions: If you're seeking employment, indicate as such by commenting on this article. Please contribute whatever pertinent information you wish to share with companies, hiring managers, technical recruiters, etc. Feel free to include a copy of your most current CV/resume. State the opportunity/position you're looking for and the location. If you're open to relocation, mention it. Also, provide your contact information.

If you know of anyone who is seeking employment, feel free to mention/tag them. Please continue to support this concept and lend a helping hand to those in need.

Thank you, Brett S. Brody, for doing this wonderful service. Due to Covid, my last organization just closed. I am seeking a Human Resources role at the Director or VP level. I’m currently in southern California, but am open to relocation. I have over 20+ years of successful experience in healthcare, legal, entertainment, banking/finance, renewable energy, and higher education/non-profits, and in organizations from a few hundred to tens of thousands of employees.?I have also owned and/or operated businesses, and so I have a highly entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented mindset, and bring operational skills and experience (marketing, finance, P&L, customer relations, emergency planning/business continuity, etc.) as well. My skills and experiences easily translate across industries, and include human resources management and development; employee relations and mediation; compliance; talent acquisition and staffing; benefits; HRIS; culture and change management; training and development; performance management; leadership development; succession planning; executive coaching; mentoring; budget planning; policy and procedure development; contract negotiations; strategic planning, and litigation and risk avoidance. I’m naturally curious, resourceful, and innovative. Please contact me at [email protected] and you can view my profile at linkedin.com/in/mtrustsphr. Thank you for reading.
