Creating a calming, welcoming, and functional space was the top priority for Child Protection Center’s new facility, and we were honored to help bring that vision to life alongside Generator Studio. From providing high-quality commercial furniture to on-site problem-solving, our team ensured the space was ready to support families, staff, and the community. Now, CPC’s new space offers Allsteel Mural private workstations for staff, flexible conference areas for board meetings and training, and thoughtfully designed seating for families to feel safe and supported. It’s more than just a space- it’s about creating a place where healing can begin. The City of Basehor partnered with SPACESINC to transform its municipal building into a space that reflects its growth and future-focused vision. Originally built in the 1980s, the previous facility no longer met the needs of the city or its employees—so we stepped in to help create a space that balances durability with a thoughtful design. As Deputy City Administrator Maddie put it, “We needed to construct something that would be durable and long-lasting, but not extravagant. That’s a fine line.” “[SPACES] knew who we were, they understood our vision, and they knew who we needed to be,” Maddie shared.
