Last week, SpaceCraft had the opportunity to pitch at Start & Spread. While we didn’t take home a prize, the experience was incredibly enriching. Last week marked the conclusion of the Incubator program at Campus Founders Heilbronn, where SpaceCraft was a proud participant. Over the course of six months, we had the opportunity to develop and refine multiple iterations of our prototype, engage in numerous discussions with potential customers, and secure the Letters of Intent essential for our future growth. This journey has been nothing short of an adventure, and we are deeply grateful to have been a part of it. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Incubator program team—Mariia Kraisman, Gayatri Gautham, and Johannes Schnabel —as well as our dedicated coach, Lukas Klaiber, for their invaluable guidance and expertise throughout the program. It's about time! Hello world, SpaceCraft is here! ?? + ?? = ?? In February, we embarked on an exciting journey of redefining the pre-sales process in the real estate industry. For that, we are leveraging the capabilites of artificial intelligence. Over the past 4 months, we have hit a number of milestones: - built up an amazing team with architecture, business, and AI expertise - got admitted to the Campus Founders Incubator - attended 3 real estate exhibitions and talked to 75+ real estate developers - developed a working prototype capable of generating 360° visualisations based on precise room geometry and stylistic preferences - won at the Campus Founders pitching event and got invited to the UnternehmerTUM Pitch Perfect finals What are our next steps? We plan the following: - convert our pipeline of 25+ leads into customer letters of intent (LOI's) - secure our first pilot projects with real estate developers - explore partnership opportunities with furniture manufacturers - expand our custom training dataset - further increase the accuracy and quality of our generations - build the v1 of the user interface of our platform - apply for the EXIST scholarship We are full of great ideas (to be tested ??), energy, and expertise to make them come to life!
