But there's more to this building than height. This project represents Neutral's commitment to redefining conventional development. Core Certification, focused on regenerative buildings & overall resident well-being. •  Reduced Carbon Footprint | The building's materials & sustainable strategies, such as geothermal cooling & district-level heating, are estimated to reduce the embodied carbon footprint by 17% & the operation carbon footprint & energy consumption by 45% compared to similar conventional buildings. •  Luxury Meets Sustainability | The development will offer 378 market-rate units (totaling 308,913 residential rentable SF) and world-class amenities, including a sky-floor lounge, wellness facilities, & community spaces for modern living. 💚 Investing in a Sustainable Future The Edison's blend of exposed mass timber & natural materials, combined with sustainability certifications and standards, will revolutionize urban multifamily living. Neutral is excited about Edison's position in the market.
