After our design exercise is wrapped, we now move into the super detailed phase of compiling our Finish Binder. This full interiors package deliverable includes all the nitty-gritty details that will make these beautiful visuals into a buildable reality. Here are the 3 must-haves for our Binder: 1. Technical Drawings: In addition to the images, we produce interior elevations, flooring plans and ceiling plans to show each element of the design. These drawings include dimensioned tile layouts, details of custom cabinetry and wall paneling, etc. They ensure every detail is crystal clear for your builder. 2.? Schedules: A detailed inventory of every fixture and accessory in the design. Think a massive spreadsheet specifying every light, piece of hardware, paint color, grout color, faucet, vanity, etc. 3. Product Specifications: The manufacturer’s specifications ensure all materials and fixtures are perfectly coordinated across trades, so everything fits and functions as designed. Sounds like a lot? Our finish package is typically over 100 pages and it is the ideal complement to your Construction Document set. After a recent hiking trip, we translated those earthy hues into a tile palette for our Forest Project. ??We are fully in the technical world for our Showplace Residence as we review shop drawings and prepare detailed millwork drawings. ??Onsite to finalize fabric selections for an amazing space in Tenafly. ?
