We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a much-anticipated expansion for Research College of Nursing (RCoN)! ?????? The new 78,000 square-foot facility pairs modern education with simulation opportunities to help clinicians bridge the gap between classroom learning and bedside care. With a shortage of nurses both locally and nationally, the expansion aims to prepare the next generation of nurses in Kansas City. We are so excited to bring students and nurses this new campus, housing both the the RCoN and the HCA Healthcare Center for Clinical Advancement (HHCCA). It's been a busy spring for the team at GMC, and we've got a bunch of project completion photos to share. Up first is IMAGE Studios in Leawood's Ranch Mart shopping center. Congrats to the IMAGE Studios team on their gorgeous new space! This projects was 5300 SF of salon studios consisting of 34 individual suites. The scope of work included demolition of existing space, new electrical service, rooftop HVAC equipment, water service upgrade and full tenant finish.
