Meet Addie Larson! Addie is the Assistant Branch Manager of our Zora and Range Line location! She is a graduate of Webb City High School and MSSU. Born and raised in Webb City, Addie found her work home at SMB right out of high school and has now been a part of the SMB team for 7 years! She resides in Webb City with her husband, Will, and their baby girl, Quinn. One of her favorite parts of being an SMBer is helping people and being involved in our community. Meet Sean Parks! Sean is a seasoned lender with 15 years of experience and specializes in Commercial Lending at our 32nd & Indiana location. He’s involved with the Joplin Area Chamber of Commerce and the Professional Networking Alliance (PNA). He and his wife, Megan, live in Joplin and have two children, Claire and Cole. When he’s not networking or helping customers, you can find him spending time with his family or participating in one of his many hobbies – computer hardware/software optimization, video games, or summertime yard work and pool maintenance. Prior to banking, Sean worked at Walt Disney World and obtained two vocal performance degrees from Pittsburg State University. Meet Jacob Bair! Jacob recently joined us from Warrensburg, MO where he attained his Master’s Degree at the University of Central Missouri. He’s been in banking for five years and specializes in commercial lending. He and his wife, MacKenzie, just welcomed a baby girl and are enjoying parenthood. Jacob is a member of Leadership Joplin Class of 2025, is active in the JACC Young Professionals Network, and a member of Joplin Chamber Leads Group 1.
