James has been such an integral part of the growth, maturity and success of Southwest Search over his 20 year tenure. We celebrated James in the office this morning and one of our creative Partners, Brian Perkins, summed it up best in a poem: ? James Reid – The Recruiting Machine! ? For twenty whole years, he’s led the charge, Making placements look easy—both small and large. While others may struggle, sweat, and plead, It’s effortless work for James Reid! ? From Sherman he came, with a fishing pole tight, Casting for talent both day and night. Hunting for deals like he hunts for deer, His aim is sharp—so y’all best steer clear! ? Efficiency? He wrote the book, While others need hours, he needs just a look. Before you can blink, before you can sneeze, He’s filled the role—goodbye, vacancies! ?
