Becky Patman Named Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional of the Month January 22, 2024 |?Company News Becky Patman, Certified Dietary Manager at Northwest Nursing Center in Oklahoma City, OK, has been named by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals as the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional of the month.?This is a national acknowledgement and Becky will be featured in Edge Magazine. Becky has been instrumental in the development and implementation of the SWLTC Dining Excellence Program and is now attending Francis Tuttle School of Culinary Arts to become a chef.
