Southwest Detroit Environmental Vision is excited to announce we have received the largest grant from the EPA yet to clean up the port of Detroit and convert equipment to clean diesel helping to reduce the dangerous emissions released everyday.

A win for Wyandotte: FLOW and its allies have successfully petitioned for a Public Health Assessment of BASF’s toxic discharges in Wyandotte, Michigan. Detroit Riverkeeper, Friends of the Detroit River, the Michigan Chapter of the Sierra Club, and SDEV have garnered success on way to holding BASF (Badische Anilin und Soda Fabrik, Germany’s largest chemical company) accountable for their continued pollution violations!
