Southtree Commercial Construction recently completed a 86,250 SF ground-up steel fabrication facility for King Steel, Inc. A few of our team members visited the facility last week to check out how their team is utilizing their new space and to visit with King Steel owners as they received a rebate check from American Buildings. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with each of these companies to complete this state-of-the-art steel fabrication facility!

We are excited to share the final photos of one of our recent Peachtree City projects - Peachtree Cardiology. This 4,984 SF ground-up medical office building features a modern feel but utilizes a color pallet to help the building blend with its natural surroundings. This is a single-tenant wood-framed building with metal panels, composite siding, and a brick fa?ade. ?Southtree Spotlight? Paula Trump, Business Operations Director, has been an integral part of the Southtree team for over 11 years. ?Southtree Spotlight? Chuck Ogletree started Southtree Commercial in June of 1989. Since inception, Southtree has grown to encompass multiple entities, going above and beyond to serve clients by delivering meaningful, inspired projects of impact that create value in the community. When asked about what Southtree means to him and what is to come, Chuck shared, "For 35 years, Southtree has been a big part of my life and it's hard to remember a time when it wasn't. What you do for a living does not define who you are, but when you have been associated with a company for this long, it does become a significant part of your identity and life journey. I am extremely excited about the future of Southtree. We have always had great employees at Southtree and they have made us who we are today, but I am more excited about our future than I have ever been. The Team and the Culture that is being developed are giving us the essential components for long term success".
