The grand opening of Los Arcos at VIDA San Antonio marks a major milestone: the first newly completed affordable housing community funded through the city's voter-approved housing bond. Thanks to a strong public-private partnership between The NRP Group LLC, the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and the San Antonio Housing Trust, 324 modern residences are now available for families earning 30–70% AMI. With direct access to the new Madla Greenway trail system, educational institutions, and a new University Health hospital campus, this development sets a new standard for affordable living in a growing city.
