We know that a little treat can go a long way in bringing smiles to our team members’ faces. That’s why we celebrate ice cream Fridays as a way to show our appreciation. Every Friday in the summer, our team takes a break to enjoy delicious ice cream from and share some laughs. Shout out to Carolina Scoops in Pineville for helping us end the week in a sweet way. New team members participate in our four-part orientation process with the goal of completing all four orientation sessions over a 90-day time period in order to graduate. These sessions include information about our culture, department roles, customer service, empathy for residents, and teamwork. This specific session captured customer service, team building and getting to know each other. We had an amazing time! Kudos to the new hires who successfully completed our orientation program.
