SouthFair Community Development Corporation’s (SouthFair) mission is to provide affordable housing to low and moderate income families through multifamily, single family, economic development and social services. This has been our mission since SouthFair was incorporated on October 8, 1991. SouthFair is a 501(C) (3) non-profit corporation and a certified Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) under the City of Dallas' HOME Program. Its principal objective is to promote the redevelopment of the South Dallas/Fair Park community. Our key strategy is effective partnering with public and private resources to successfully launch and sustain redevelopment efforts.

If you aren't pictured below then you defintely missed out on our annual Bowl & Brew Fundraiser. It was a success thanks to our partners! Special shoutout to Veritex Community Bank Stellar Bank Vista Bank and FAIR PARK MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION for bringing out some of their best to compete. Another shoutout to our Board of Directors for forming a team and also to our staff member Kiyana Duplantier for gathering a team made up of her alumni (me too) from the The University of Texas at Arlington. Mav Up! It was great to have a Teen team in the alley!?? They really enjoyed. We would tag them but they only have ticktok and maybe instagram. We know you are wondering - Who won? 1st ?? Stellar Stars (Marcus took the ring with the higest score) 2nd ?? Strikers of the Board 3rd ?? Rolling for Profit We are already planning for next year. We will only have one Bowl & Brew in 2025 in April/May. We will send a save the date next month. We certainly hope to see you there!
