Our Tennessee Territory Manager enjoyed spending the past several days meeting with TN Independent Agents at the Insurors of Tennessee Annual Convention in Nashville TN.

The property binding restriction due to Hurricane Helene has been lifted for Georgia and South Carolina. Because our policies are effective at 12:01 a.m. at the mailing address of the named insured, you should not accept any binder with a date prior to today, September 28, 2024. Any exceptions to this rule will need to be submitted to your underwriter for approval. As a reminder, our binding prohibition does not extend to renewals. We will honor the terms we quoted. Given your customers may have offices closed, loss of phone, etc., please refer any renewals policies that require backdating to your underwriter. We trust that you will remain safe, and thank you for your business.
