Over the last year, SMAA staff and volunteers... ...provided 1,973 hours of care at our Adult Day Program for individuals living with Alzheimer's and other dementias. ...delivered 237,434 meals to homebound older adults through Meals on Wheels. ...offered resources and support to the 11,404 people who called our Information and Referral line. ...provided 27,749 hours of respite to family caregivers.
