This project marks a significant milestone in the evolution of our downtown skyline and is a major step forward in our redevelopment efforts. The 22-story tower features multiple outdoor spaces across different floors, including a stunning pool deck with breathtaking Strip views and a dedicated dog park with an amenity room for pet owners. All of the units also had walk in closets. This project not only enhances our housing market but also fuels the economic growth we are working to create. The Symphony Park II multifamily project is moving forward with significant progress! Two model units are nearing completion, while stucco and exterior painting are well underway.
