When Winter Storm Cora hit, Georgia Power’s Aubree and her father, Mike, worked together to restore power. Mike, a retiree and now contractor, found himself reporting directly to his daughter. Aubree grew up spending time at the Georgia Power Cornelia office, following in her dad’s footsteps to become an engineer. Their unique story highlights the dedication and legacy of our teammates across our family of companies. We're happy to report, their bond grew stronger as they worked side-by-side to restore power and serve our communities.
