? SheConnects Tea & Meditation – Event Recap! ? A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the SheConnects Tea & Meditation event at the beautiful Pauline’s Tea Bar! We were honored to cohost this empowering experience with Ashley L. from Carolina Center for Recovery, which brought together an incredible group of women for a day of connection, relaxation, and growth. Breanna Norton led a truly calming Compassion & Mind-Body Balance Meditation, helping us all release stress and reconnect with ourselves in a safe, spa-like space. The energy, support, and inspiration shared in the room was unmatched. Events like this remind us how powerful it is when women come together to uplift, network, and nurture both business and well-being. Thank you for being part of such a special gathering—we can’t wait for the next one!

??? This weekend, Southeastern Recovery had the honor of attending and sponsoring the Emerald Gala, supporting the incredible mission of the Emerald School of Excellence ?? The night was filled with inspiration, community, and a shared commitment to empowering high school students in recovery. Seeing the impact this school has on so many young lives was truly moving—giving students the support, education, and encouragement they need to thrive. ?? A Day of Hope and Healing: Supporting Mental Health Together ?? This weekend, Southeastern Recovery Center had the immense honor of sponsoring the Mount Afton Challenge, a powerful walk for mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Together with the incredible people of Cabarrus County, we came together to support NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) and raise much-needed funds to combat suicide across America. Every step taken during this event was a step toward breaking the stigma around mental health, offering hope to those who feel alone, and providing resources to those in need. The energy, compassion, and commitment from our community were truly inspiring! ? Breanna Norton & everyone who participated, donated, or helped spread the word—thank you for making a difference.
