What We Do: Control & Tilt Sab Joints Southeast Caulking services consist of new and also repairing existing Control and Tilt Slab joints with Dow Corning 790 100...% silicone or with MasterSeal NP 150 Low-modulus, non-sag, paintable elastomeric, hybrid sealant. Southeast Caulking has over 25 years of experience in replacing silicone caulking as well as urethane caulking. We can access a multitude of difficult locations to repair any type of leak issue. All types of caulking joints are degraded by weathering and will only last 1 to 20 years depending on the type of sealant applied.
