This project featured: Brand new Schedule 80 piping, Extended Walchem relays, Precise injection points, Prominent pumps, Tank fills and flooded suction, and new chemical tanks basins. This job involved relocating a CLO2 generator, setting up new chemical tanks, drilling through a 16-inch concrete wall for PVC vent piping, installing Icon tank level sensors, all wired to a Walchem i6, and much more. Our Southeast Supply on-site services team has just wrapped up phase one of a major project at a large rendering plant in Virginia! We installed new piping from a chlorine dioxide generator to the plant’s air scrubbers, ensuring smooth operation and enhanced safety. But we're not done yet! We'll be returning during the plant's upcoming shutdown to complete phase two, where we'll finalize the tie-in and bring this project to full completion.
