  • Trauma impacts more than personal well-being—it significantly influences professional success and workplace dynamics, especially for women. ?? 1 in 3 women will experience physical violence, sexual violence, or stalking by an intimate partner, which can lead to lasting emotional and psychological effects. ?? Women who experience trauma are more likely to face burnout, anxiety, and depression—conditions that affect performance, productivity, and workplace engagement. ?? Without proper support, trauma can also contribute to higher turnover rates and absenteeism, directly impacting organizational success. Supporting women in healing promotes better mental health and fosters a more engaged, productive, and supportive work environment for all. ??
