At Southeast Kansas Mental Health Center, we believe that wellness begins from the inside out! ???? Thanks to a generous Youth Activities grant from the Community Foundation of Southeast Kansas, we’re taking steps to enhance our SEKA after-school program by equipping our locations with new kitchen tools and equipment. We’re excited to use these new tools to introduce hands-on, nutrition-focused activities across all our SEKA locations. These experiences teach our SEKA participants valuable life skills while fueling their growing minds and bodies. ???? It’s more than just food – it’s about building healthy habits, encouraging connection, and empowering our youth to thrive.
