Currently in the design and permitting process, the Vanderbilt K-8 Campus for Mason Classical Academy will be our next endeavor! Spanning 17.2 acres, this new 110,000 SF charter school will provide invaluable educational resources to the community of Naples! The finish line is in sight, and the excitement is palpable! ????? Since our last update, our team has been working tirelessly, and the progress is undeniable! Here's a snapshot of our latest achievements: ??? Elevator Inspections: Completed! With successful inspections behind us, we’re one step closer to opening our doors! ???? ?? Final Fire Alarm Testing: Done and dusted! Safety is our top priority, and we're proud to say the final fire alarm tests have been successfully completed! ???? ?? Interior Advancements: All interior doors are now installed, bringing us another step closer to completion. Flooring and rubber basing are nearing completion as well! ????? ?? Outdoor Finishing Touches: The fencing, exterior railings, and landscaping are now complete! ????? ?? Sprinkler System: The tie-in and riser are fully completed! Next up, we're gearing up for the final inspections and cleanings to secure the certificate of occupancy and get this school ready for our eager learners! ????
