We are excited to announce the progress on Champs Meat Market's new Island Outpost! After successfully building their flagship store in Corpus Christi on Everhart/SPID, we’re now helping them expand again with a smaller outpost store on North Padre Island. The island location will deliver the same exceptional products and top-notch customer service Champs is known for. This project involved a full demo and build-out in an existing space, and we’re thrilled to see it taking shape. This project is scheduled for completion this fall!
STBP recently transformed a Goodwill retail location in Beeville, Texas, with extensive interior and exterior renovations. This project encompassed a full interior remodel, a fresh exterior paint job, installation of a new storefront system, upgraded signage and canopies, and a brand new roof. These enhancements have revitalized the building,ensuring a welcoming and updated environment for all customers.
STBP invited the City of Corpus Christi Fire Department to discuss safety measures with our team at Sea Gull Condominiums in Port Aransas. We learned what to expect if first responders are needed for this project. The building is 11 stories tall, and we are using swing stages and a buck hoist for access. Given these conditions, this project requires extensive safety measures to ensure compliance in case of an emergency. At STBP, safety is our priority. We always strive to ensure that everyone involved in a project is knowledgeable and cautious.
